Ypsilon® Flow½

Ypsilon® Flow½ er en dropfodsortose til den aktive patient som har dropfod og/eller behøver mindre støtte i ståfasen. Ypsilon® Flow½ har en hælhøjde som er ca 7 mm i alle størrelser. Den er udviklet for at tillade optimal bevægelsesomfang og giver en dynamisk "Toe-OFF" funktion samtidigt som det er muligt for muskler at arbejde mere aktivt. Fodbladet følger fodens form og med hjælp af gulvreaktionskraften kan anvenderen udnytte "toe-off" effekten med mindre styrke. Det Y-formede fæstpunkt ligger på hver side omkring tibiakammen og mindsker risikoen for tryk mod prominenser samt tibiakammen. Derfor er dette en ortose til den aktive brugere som stiller høje krav på funktion og bevægelighed.

Anvendelsesområde

Dropfod med stabil ankel i kombination med ingen til mild spasticitet, patienter som behøver mere flexilibitet og mindre støtte.

Kontraindikationer

Kraftig ødem, diabetes med bensår, meget nedsat sensibilitet og kraftig spasticitet
